We have the opportunity to partner with God to see the impossible be made possible. Will you put away your fears and choose to put your faith in God despite what you see? This is the time to walk in faith and believe God to bring breakthrough over your life. Hebrews 11:11 says, “ And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise.” It was through faith that Sarah was able to see the promises of God come to pass. Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. We don’t have to wait for statistics to say things are better to believe that things will get better. By faith, no harm will overtake us and that no disaster will come near our bodies.įaith is what will change our circumstances. It is faith in God that will protect us from all harm. However, if we give in to faith, we allow God to be sovereign over our lives. When we give in to fear, we are giving our situation to the enemy. To say the Lord is our refuge is to walk in faith. There is a condition to receiving the promises of Psalm 91 and it is if we say the Lord is our refuge and make Him our dwelling place. You will tread on the lion and the cobra you will trample the great lion and the serpent.” For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. Psalm 91:9-13 says, “ If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent.

We must quiet our fears and what if’s and 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤 God’s promises out loud. This is the time to connect with God and renew your mind with His word and truth. When we remember that God is with us and that He has plans to prosper us and not to harm us, we can rest assure that our darkest valley 𝒘𝒐𝒏’𝒕 𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓. Continue to fix your eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfector of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Cling to Him and He will take you where you need to be to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Though your future is uncertain, it’s never uncertain to God. Deuteronomy 31:8 says, “ The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you he will never leave you nor forsake you. He promises to never leave you nor forsake you. Though you may feel abandoned during this time, know that Jesus hasn’t left you. The only certainty we can hold on to is Jesus and His love for us. However, in the midst of uncertainty, we must hold on to Jesus. The questions of fear can go on and on in the midst of the unknown. “When will the coronavirus end? What if I have to stay home longer than this month and have to go through another month of no income? What if my loved one or myself get sick?” When we go online and see no good news but constant precautions and worsening numbers, we can easily give in to fear. With the Coronavirus still happening, I have been seeing many of my friends and loved ones losing their jobs and not knowing where their next income will come from.

This is the time to choose faith over fear.
